In Debilitating Pain

Poor Tiggy was sad and alone in a rural shelter. We knew he was in debilitating pain, unable to eat, and drooling constantly.

We jumped at the chance to rescue him and figure out what was going on. His vet has diagnosed him with stomatitis--an incredibly painful, chronic condition resulting from severe inflammation of the mouth tissues. This autoimmune condition means his gums are attacking the plaque on his teeth and the only solution is to remove all of his teeth ASAP.
