The Humane Society is very near and dear to my heart. The Humane Society of Monroe County is where I adopted all three of my fur babies! My animals have helped me through my good days and bad days. I simply can not imagine life without them.  

As the manager at the shelter I have seen hundreds of animals come into the shelter in all kinds of conditions. Some times they come in as strays, sometimes owner surrenders, and other times they are transferred from another rescue, couple times from a high risk shelter in the south. I get to know each one of these animals and with the help of my team we work to find each one of them a forever home. Not only are we helping these animals, but these animals are having a major impact on the lives of the people who adopt them. All of our animals are fixed, up to date on shots, and microchiped before going home. 

These animals need our help, they need YOUR support. We would not be able to do any of the lifesaving things that we do without the help of our supporters. Please consider donating to the Humane Society of Monroe County. We are our own entity and are not associated with any other Humane Society. All I need is 25 people to donate $10 to reach my goal.
