As my mom nears her 90th birthday, she gets the biggest kick out of witnessing the antics of her grandchildren.  It does take a kind and caring village to support her so that she can be up and at 'em.  Her local SF meals on wheels provided hot Chinese meals when she was recovering from hip replacements and spinal surgery.  These meals nourished her to regained independence.

J-Sei is the only ethnic home delivered meal provider in Alameda or Contra Costa Counties.  With such diverse populations, we are proud to provide homestyle meals that are familiar and comforting to older adults who are unable to shop and cook for themselves.  We also offer a continuum of programs that help over 600 people a year: care coordination, caregiver support, wellness classes, friendly visitors and cultural activities.
