Dixie is a black, tan, gray, and white heeler mix that is 26 pounds of goofy! (See her sticking her tongue out in her picture) This one-year-old lovebug was surrendered by her owner to a shelter in rural Virginia due to no fault of her own. She loves to be with people and gives tons of kisses. Unfortunately, rural Virginia shelters often have low resources, low foot traffic, and high euthanasia rates. Can you help sponsor bringing Dixie to Homeward Trails so she has her best shot at finding her forever human(s)?
