What is Collective 365? 

Simple terms - a twist on a traditional giving circle. Collective 365 is a network of community conscious individuals who want to celebrate and invest in Black & Brown communities in DC, MD, & VA through grant funding and capacity building opportunities. Last year we raised $17.5k in grant funding and awarded 7 grants.

Currently, we have $5k of our $35k goal... we need AND want YOU to join our movement

Why support Collective 365?

1) Only 2% of grant funding is awarded to Black led organizations -- Collective 365 awards grants to Black & Brown individuals, groups, businesses & nonprofits in DC, MD, VA who are doing the work with and for Black and Brown communities. We know that nonprofits are not the only ones making a difference in our communities so that is why we give grant funding to individuals as well!

2) Reimagining philanthropy -- Collective 365 centers justice and making Black & Brown folks the thought leaders and decision makers in their communities. We do not follow the traditional model of giving circles in the USA as many of them center white supremacy

3) Build capacity & sustainability -- Network with like minded individuals & build community. You can expand your network and get involved with community initiatives that matter most to you. We realize we can not fund every grant applicant; however, we can provide capacity building support. Our members support our grant applicants with strategic planning, marketing, professional development, social media, etc to support their community work.
