Dove is an absolutely precious 10-week-old brown lab mix with a black snout. This poor boy was found wandering alone in rural Virginia and was brought into the shelter as a stray.
Rural Virginia shelters often are crowded and have low resources, low foot traffic, and higher euthanasia rates – and are no place for a practically newborn pup that most likely still needs vaccinations.
