Eve is a smiley, black and brown Shepherd mix that was found wandering the streets in rural Virginia and taken in as a stray. Although we don’t know much, if anything, about her background, at only 1.5 years old, Eve has had a much harder life than she should have. She has now found herself in a rural Virginia shelter, which often have low resources, low foot traffic, and higher euthanasia rates – putting Eve at high and unnecessary risk.
