Exercise for Equality

Fighting racism is a deep-rooted, global battle that requires accountability, empathy, sacrifice and commitment. In order to solve these systemic issues, we must get directly involved and take action. 

Based in Montgomery, Alabama, the Equal Justice Initiative works to end racial inequality. The non-profit organization provides legal representation to people who may have been wrongly convicted of crimes, poor prisoners without effective representation, and others who may have been denied a fair trial.

Because of my strong passion for fitness and health, I have always been eager to inspire others to invest in themselves--but I also want to help invigorate others as we all continue to strive for justice. Thus, I have decided to begin selling full workouts, personalized fitness programs, and  personal training sessions. All workouts and programs will be carefully constructed to suit your own personal goals and access to equipment. All proceeds will go directly to the Equal Justice Initiative:

Full Workouts (Muscle Group/Type of Workout of choice)

- One Full Gym Workout = $2

- One Full Home Workout = $2

Customized Individual Programs (Includes Full Workout for Each Day)

- Personalized One Week Fitness Program = $5

- Personalized Two Week Fitness Program = $12

- Personalized One Month Fitness Program = $25

- Personalized Six-Week Fitness Premium Program* = $40

*Includes nutritional advice, weekly check-ins and demo videos as requested

Training Sessions (In-person or Remote)

- One Hour Personal Training Session = $20

- One Hour Group Training Session  = $10 per person

Basketball

- One Hour Training Session = $15

- Two Hour Training Session = $25

-One Hour Group Training Session =  $10 per person

-Two Hour Group Training Session = $15 per person

- Personalized Basketball Workout Plan* = $3 per workout

*Customized to address any specific skill of your choice (ball handling, shooting, defense, etc.)
