Cultural Agility for Change Agents

Since 2018, we have impacted the lives of over 200 people by giving them the skills to be anti-racist and change agents in their community.  One Small Change has sponsored free 6-hour cultural competency workshops in the metro Atlanta community giving people the necessary tools to transform their communities one person at a time.  

We receive amazing feedback from these one day events and want to continue our much needed work.  A donation of $150 will sponsor a one day workshop for up to 15 people!

One Small Change was formed in 2015 in reponse to listening sessions across the State of Georgia to support social justice minded community organizers who needed support creating sustainable organizations to have their message heard.  Over the past 3 years, we've supported the expansion of hope through recovery and the anti-stigma and anti-racist skills needed for change agents to navigate an increasingly diverse society.
