Blue Needs FHO Surgery

Blue is an adorable beagle mix who was dumped in a partner shelter along with a mommy doggie and their baby because the owner no longer wanted them. Our vet quickly identified that he has a leg issue, and x rays revealed that he needs very expensive but leg saving FHO surgery. Without it, he will live in constant pain and suffer from severe arthritis. Please help us save his mobility and prevent life time of pain for this dog and people friendly cutie!
