A Year in Haiti

God has called me to serve in Haiti! When I was 15 I felt a call to missions, and through prayer and many experiences God has confirmed that the "where" is Haiti and the "time" is now! Haiti is the most under developed country in the Western Hemisphere with 80% of people living below the poverty line and only has a 50% education rate. In July I will be moving to Haiti for one year to work with an organization called Foundation for Peace (FFP). FFP believes in working together, hand in hand with the community. By working hand in hand, we are able to see the strength and beauty of the Haitian people, have a better understanding of their hardships and how we can meet their needs, and share the love of Jesus. 

I will be teaching English at a professional school, working with a local church, and leading missions teams. Teams come down to serve the people of Haiti by building, providing medical care, and so much more! In order to be God's hands and feet and follow His call, I need to fundraise $10,000!
