Owner's Moved Without Frank

Meet Frank!  At only 8 months old little Frank has been surrendered to a rural shelter when his owners moved and decided not to take Frank with them.  Frank is young and full of energy and love which has been reduced to pacing the floors of his kennel, asking every passer by for a pet or a kind word.  He has sat patiently waiting, hoping and dreaming that this is all a mistake and his owners will soon return for him and we don't have the heart to tell him the truth.  But let's be frank-- We KNOW we can help this boy by finding him a NEW family and healing his broken heart.  We just need YOUR help to get him out of his rural shelter, and onto our transport.
