Frank is only 10 months old, still just a puppy, yet he sits in a rural Virginia shelter wondering why no one has chosen him. We don’t know what his life was like before he arrived there, or who let him go, but somehow this sweet boy hasn’t lost faith in people. Every day, Frank greets visitors with a wagging tail and a happy spirit that refuses to give up, despite being overlooked time and time again. He loves other dogs, loves attention, and seems to believe that his family is still out there somewhere.
