Free Franco and Lucia

This dynamic duo has stayed together through thick and thin. They were found wandering the roads along the Virginia-Tennessee border. Franco has only three legs, making him slower, but the pair made sure to go at the same pace. These 1-year-old siblings are now off the roads, but they need warm, loving homes. We're sure we can find them fresh starts, but we have to raise the funding to get them here.
