Freya is an adorable tan, 1-year-old English bulldog with a black snout and the happiest smile. She was found in rural Virginia, being kept outside and neglected — until someone was finally able to convince her owners to surrender her to one of our partner shelters. Although she is currently in a foster home, it will be hard(er) to find her a home in rural Virginia, especially as the area has low resources, low foot traffic, and higher euthanasia rates.
