Sponsor Chesapeake Fire & Ice

The Chesapeake Fire & Ice returns in 2022 for its 2nd year!  Located in historic downtown Easton, the 2020 inaugural event features dozens of artfully crafted ice sculptures, music, and family-friendly activities.  This winter event brought to town an estimated 8,000 people over the course of three days.  

This year’s event kicks off on Friday, February 18th with the Friday Night Block Party.   Ice Lab and their team of ice artists will be here doing live carvings.  The festivities continue all weekend with opportunities to tour the ice sculptures and see additional live carvings on Saturday. Events will include family fun events, Stews & Brews, entertainment, seasonal sales and shopping, restaurant specials, and more. 

Businesses can sponsor a pre-carved sculpture or a live onsite carving, all are designs of your choice, all sculptures have signage with your business name, and depending on the level of sponsorship there are event more opportunities to exposure - website listings, social media postings, advertising, press releases, your own booth at the event, and more.  We are always happy to craft custom packages for business.

Chesapeake Fire & Ice Sponsorship Levels:

Gold Sponsor – $6,000 - 5 blocks live carved onsite.  Named as Gold Event Sponsor on advertising (posters, news PR, website) and social media.  Signage with sculpture for photo ops.  Onsite location for company to market.  

Silver Sponsor – $5,000 - 4 blocks live carved onsite.   Named as Silver Event Sponsor on advertising (posters, news PR, website) and social media.  Signage with sculpture for photo ops.  Onsite location for company to market.  

Bronze Sponsor – $4,000 - 3 blocks live carved onsite.   Named as Bronze Event Sponsor on advertising (posters, news PR, website) and social media.  Signage with sculpture for photo ops.  Onsite location for company to market.  

Ice Throne - $4,000 - Great for photo ops and always a must stop for Fire & Ice visitors.   Named as Ice Throne Sponsor on social media and advertising (posters, news PR, website).  Signage with Throne naming sponsor for photos, encouraging visitors to tag sponsor on photos posted to social media.

Entertainment Stage Sponsor – $7,500 - Banner on stage with sponsors logo, named as stage sponsor in all advertising (posters, news PR, website) and on social media.  

One Block - $500, pre-carved.  Listed as one block ice sponsor on website and printed materials, signage with sculpture for photo ops.  Ice placed in front of shops, if located downtown, if outside of town, will work with sponsors on a preferred location in downtown.  

*Ice sponsorships can be split between more than one business.  

Color can be added to any sculpture not live carved - $50 fee

Ice Bar - $400 per block - 1 block per foot (minimum 4ft to as big as needed)  

Ice Fireplace - $2,400 - 6 blocks make a 5ft tall x 5ft wide

Ice Shuffleboard - $4,000 - 10 blocks make 12ft long 4ft tall

Ice Corn Hole - $500 - 1 block makes 2 boards includes bean bags

Ice Slide  - $12,000 - 30 blocks make 1 lane (12 long)

Graffiti Wall - $3,200 - 8 blocks make a 6ft x 6ft (10 blocks make an 8ft x 8ft)

Character Face Cutout for Photo Ops - $500 per block - 1 block per figure – snowmen, hula girls, elves, animals etc., etc.

Crystal Chimney (fire pit) - $6,400 - 16 Blocks make an 80” tall x 40-60” wide

Ice Putting Green - $4,000 - 10 blocks = 10 feet
