Gene Clark -- Stark Naked

After years of doing the best I could to workout around the same hectic lifestyle many of you lead - balancing family life with many hours at work, church/community service,  etc. - I signed up with Stark to start taking a holistic approach to my body's wellness.  My goal was to finally connect workouts designed to address my chronic aches and pains with strengthening, and add a better understanding of nutrition's impact on my body and feeling of wellness.  Stark has delivered.  I certainly have much more work to do, but I'm curious to see what can happen as we fine tune that approach.

I'm competing on behalf of the Humanitarian Aid Fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  From the war in Ukraine, to tsunami/earthquake/hurricane  stricken regions, to neonatal care in poverty-challenged countries, and more, 100% of every dollar donated to the Humanitarian Aid Fund is used to help those in need without regard to race, religion, or ethnic origin.  Last year alone over 3600 projects in 160 countries helped people around the world.
