These cats have all been waiting too long. They're at a rescue in Thailand after being found in bad conditions living on the streets. Each has a tragic backstory but that shouldn't define them. They are all finally healthy enough to fly so we need to take advantage of that before their window for travel closes.
Chocomine (bottom right) came into the world in a wood factory near a school on Phuket Island. Luckily, she had a kind person that fed her who noticed that the tiny kitten's eyes were injured and inflamed. No one will ever know what happened to her but luckily her feeder called Soi Dog for help. A rescue team collected Chocomine and took her to the shelter for the treatment she urgently needed. Sadly it was too late to save her eyesight but she finally had a safe space to live with enough food to eat.
Imkerla (top row second from the right) lived her first three years of life getting by on the streets with the help of a kind local lady who fed and looked out for her. But one day she came back at dinnertime with an inflamed, bleeding eye that needed urgent medical attention, so she was rushed to Soi Dog and has been there ever since.
Krischi (bottom left) was being fed by a kind man when Krischi went missing for over a week. He returned with a badly injured back leg - so severe it was too gruesome for photos. He was also anemic and had a bad upper respiratory infection. He has luckily healed and is finally ready to fly.
