Let's get Ginger to safety

Ginger needs our help. This 8-month-old Chi mix was spotted living around a park in the Rio Grande Valley area of Texas. Luckily, a dog lover noticed her and was able to take Ginger to a friend's house, where she is temporarily safe and well fed. But this puppy needs a forever home, and the shelters in the area are overcrowded. The kill rate for these shelters can be as high as 98%, and the rescues can't keep up.
