Our team walks in memory of my grandfather Stan Benjamin and to honor the care and support provided to him by his daughters and grandchildren.
I walk to honor and support those I have worked with and those who are now living with the effects of this disease.
Why donate?
- Because 1 in 3 seniors dies with AD or related dementia.
- Because every 65 seconds someone in the U.S. develops AD.
- Because AD is the 6th leading cause of death in the U.S.
- Because 16.1 billion Americans provide 18.4 billion hours of unpaid care.
- Because the Alzheimer's Family Support Center provides FREE services, support and education in our Cape Cod communities, for those with AD, caregivers, families and other professionals.
