Wilbert and Eunice Brunson depend on Senior Citizens, Inc.'s Meals on Wheels. Eunice, unfortunately, cannot cook the meals she used to because of memory loss.
“We have hot meals delivered to our door and not everybody has that,” said Mr. Brunson. “We thank the Lord for a program like this one.”
The generosity of caring people allows us to touch—even save—the lives of seniors throughout Coastal Georgia. We (and our clients) thank you in advance.
Every $7 covers the cost of preparing and delivering a meal to a senior in need. Every meal delivery includes a wellness check and a friendly visit. Both have always been an important part of this program - but even more so in this time of COVID-19.
