ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Established in 2006, the Hopi Leadership Program has been designed to grow and encourage effective leadership skills among emerging Hopi leaders and professionals. The long-term goal is to nurture a community of professionals who can serve as effective leaders and successfully bridge the
Hopi and non-native world in a way that is firmly grounded in the uniquely Hopi worldview. The Hopi Foundation offers the 15-month Hopi Leadership Program, which provides training in core Western management disciplines and Hopi cultural literacy.

Newly added is the Hopi Youth Leadership Program, a curriculum that was created from our sister program -HOYI's  Pathway's of Success, which include: 1) Cultural Well-Being, 2) Mentoring, and 3) Service Learning.
