Global Leaders Academy, founded in 2019, is dedicated to creating a safe and inspiring learning environment for the education of the whole child. We prepare our students for a rapidly changing world by instilling in them critical thinking skills, a global perspective, and a respect for core values of honesty, loyalty, perseverance, and compassion. During this unprecedented time in our history, Global Leaders Academy is committed now more than ever to producing culturally conscious, global change agents.
Our mission is to promote a learning community centered on principles of humanity, intellectual rigor, imagination and innovation, and we are committed to launching our students to embracing lifelong learning.
100% of proceeds from this fundraiser will be allocated towards
~ academic workbooks in reading, writing, science, and math for grades K through 1
~ multicultural literary books for grades K through 5
~ art, math, and writing supplies
~ continued online learning and development through virtual offerings in art, dance, wellness, and reading classes/events
~ the GLA Book Project, in which our youngest scholars have collaborated to create their first literary masterpiece: a guide to coping with Covid-19 from the perspective of our future global change agents.
