The Wellesley Choral Society has been celebrating the joys of choral singing for 73 years, bringing together a community of all ages and walks of life to perform captivating choral music!
For the first time in its history, WCS has moved to a remote choral experience allowing members to continue the journey of music appreciation while staying safe in these challenging times. Online practices include breathing and choral exercises, music theory and history, and singing works of choral music.
While being apart is difficult, this virtual model has resulted in a significant benefit to the community. Online practices have allowed a greater reach to those who could not traditionally attend rehearsals, including those at elder care facilities.
With revenue from concerts eliminated, generous tax-deductible donations from individuals and organizations like you are essential to keeping WCS alive. Please support our Annual Fund Drive this year to help maintain this beneficial community service until we can perform for you again!
