Grace has arrived from Puerto Rico but is still in great need of our help to get heartworm treatment! This cuddly girl is READY to spend her days relaxing in her forever home and just needs a little more help to get healthy!
When the earthquakes hit Puerto Rico in January, Grace's house was compromised. Her family fled, searching for a safe place to live. But Grace and her sister were left behind. The house was crumbling, and earthquakes were still shaking the island DAILY. These pups were going to get crushed in the rubble at any moment. Luckily their owners reached out for help, and volunteers rushed to the abandoned house and saved little Grace and her sister. Grace's troubles are not over yet as we are constantly struggling for flights off the island. Worse still, little Grace has heartworm and we NEED to get her started on treatment ASAP. A wonderful volunteer offered to take Grace on a flight THIS FRIDAY, but we need to raise the funds to get her here. Please help us give Grace a stable home again!
