Groundwork Atlanta End-of-Year Giving Campaign

Your generous support is needed to help Groundwork Atlanta build a strong foundation from which to grow our activities and programs in 2021. Donations starting with #GivingTuesday and running through December 31, 2020 will allow us to match a generous pledge and support our continued work empowering people, businesses, and organizations to promote environmental, economic, and social well-being in low-resource communities within the Proctor Creek and Chattahoochee River watersheds.

Groundwork Atlanta envisions a city in which everyone can live in a community that is healthy, green, and resilient. We work hand-in-hand with communities to transform the natural and built environment to advance health, equity, and resilience. In the process, we change places, lives, and systems. And, we grow the next generation of conservation leaders by helping young people effect change in their environment, their communities, and themselves. 

Your financial support will continue ongoing Groundwork Atlanta programs to advocate for the reuse of land, develop regenerative urban agriculture sites, protect urban waters, and develop the leadership skills of community youth. This tumultuous year has only reaffirmed our commitment to promote environmental, economic, and social well-being and underscored the need to do more to empower our communities. In 2021, Groundwork Atlanta hopes to integrate climate resilience into our program areas and push further to address issues of equity and inclusion in our work and communities. We need your help to do so.
