With no one else to care for him, he was surrendered to a high-kill rural West Virginia shelter - where prospects are low and he is alone and in an unstable environment for the first time in his life. Despite this, Kevin is an extremely sweet boy, healthy (as his previous owner took good care of him), and appears to be house-trained.
