Hallie is a 2-year-old, light tan feist mix that was surrendered by her owner due to reasons unknown to us. She is small, smiley, and has the cutest ears! Unfortunately, Hallie was surrendered to one of our partner shelters in southern Virginia, which often are low-resource, low-foot traffic, and have higher euthanasia rates, which puts her at greater risk than necessary.
