Harriet Anderson is stuck in a rural shelter cooling her heels as she watches the world pass her by. She knows there's more in store for her - more than spending her days in a concrete dog run.
She's underweight and clearly had some hard times before she was taken to the shelter. We want to get her into a foster home so that she can get started on the rest of her life.
