Saving Pets Challenge-Cat Shelter Improvements

We have a large sturdy barn that has been renovated into two cat rooms with heaters, lighting, flooring and shelves. It has two attached cat runs that have concrete floors, screening around and roofs. For a long time we have needed to replace the two leaky cat run roofs, and build a new enclosed cat run adjacent to the barn room, that was planned but not completed due to lack of funds, so the cats can go outside protected all year around and get fresh air.
