The Mended Hearts, Inc. educates patients and families of heart disease across the lifespan. Our signature educational guide is a patient friendly guide that walks you through the journey of heart disease. From things you may be feeling, to disease specific education, this guide serves as the go-to book for all patients and families. 

This fund will help support the organization in printing and distributing this educational guide to underserved communities across the nation. Our goal is to provide this guide, along with our support services (at no cost) to 10,000 underserved patients and families across the US who otherwise would not receive this education and support.
