Heather Wilkinson - Stark Naked

As a mom of three I always put everyone first and as I’ve gotten older it’s been less of a priority to focus on myself and my health and more focus on my family. As a former athlete it was getting harder and harder to recognize myself in the mirror. I feel like I’m getting closer to my goals and the challenge of Stark Naked is what I need to push myself over the finish line and get back to my old self. Plus I can’t help it - I love a challenge!
