Harold's Shelter is CODE RED

Harold needs help now!  We just received word that Harold's rural VA shelter is at code red and many dogs might be out of time as soon as TOMORROW if they don't find rescue placement.  Even given these desperate circumstances, shelter volunteers said Harold's tail does not stop wagging.  This happy boy needs our help to ensure his safety.  Please help us rescue Harold from his overcapacity shelter TOMORROW and get him to HT for adoption!
