Loca's Family Can No Longer Care for Him

This is Loca!  Loca was just surrendered to a rural shelter in West Virginia.  Unfortunately, Loca's owner's health has taken a turn and because of that, they need to move into assisted living where they are no longer able to care for sweet 3 yr old Loca.  Now, it is Loca who is in need of a move and we are ready to make that happen!  Please help us cover the vetting and care for Loca so we can bring him to HT and find him a perfect home!
