Rebel, despite his name, is a lover, not a fighter. So imagine the shelter staff's surprise that he's been there almost a month without anyone coming to adopt him. The shelter is rural so has fewer adopters, so Rebel hasn't been able to win anyone over yet. We know with a new pool of prospective adopters, he'll find his special someone.
