Rusty wandered up to a home in West Virginia. The family fed him and attempted to find an owner, but no one came forward. They weren't able to take on any more cats leaving Rusty with no place to go. We know we'd be able to find a family for Rusty, but first his vetting and transportation needs to be covered.
