Found behind a dumpster!

Bear is a precious 5 month old puppy coming to Homeward Trails all the way from Puerto Rico! Bear is the cutest little puppy with a loving and playful demeanor despite her very difficult circumstances. This adorable cub was found with her siblings behind a garbage container, in the pouring rain. They were cold, wet, and suffering in terrible conditions. Despite the best efforts of their rescuers, not all of her siblings survived what they went through. Luckily, three of the pups recovered and 2 of Bear's siblings were adopted quickly to the same loving family! Bear was still waiting patiently to find her forever family, when a volunteer generously offered to carry her to Homeward Trails and donate the cost of her flight! Bear is now coming to us, and we are so excited! We can’t wait to meet her and give her lots of TLC! All we need to do now is make sure we have the coverage we need for her vetting and care until she finds her own happy home. Please help us help Bear!
