Bouy needs some love

Bouy is lucky to be safe. He was living on the streets in a rural part of Virginia, even though he's only 6 months old. It's a hard life for a young dog to be living outside. He was struggling to find food and facing all kinds of danger. But he was rescued, brought to a shelter and now is on his way to us.
