Chance's owner couldn't keep him

Chance is a mixed breed dog from southern Virginia who ended up in a shelter there after his owner gave him up following some changes in his family situation. Chance isn't used to being in a shelter and would be much more comfortable in a home. We know we can find him a forever family, but we could use some help covering the costs of transporting and vetting him. Could you help him get another chance?
