Cosmo is an 8-month-old beagle mix who ended up in a shelter in West Virginia after his owner couldn't take care of him. This sweet guy is friendly and can do tricks! He's not used to life in a shelter and would do so much better in a loving home. We know we can find him one, but first we need to get him out of the shelter and to northern Virginia. Can you help us give Cosmo the life he deserves?
