Dean hasn't let his tough times get him down. This 3-year-old lab mix was found homeless in southern Virginia and was taken to the shelter. He's stuck in a shelter that doesn't attract a lot of adopters, but he still has his sweet and sunny personality. We want to get him out of that shelter so he can meet his forever family.
