Harley is only 10 months old, but needs a fresh start. This lab/heeler mix was surrendered by his owner in rural Virginia. He's safe in the shelter, but he would really thrive in a home of his own. We know we can find him a loving family and home where he can grow up, but we need your help to get him here.
