Graham is only 9 months old, but has already had a tough life. We don't know how this beagle ended up as a stray in southern Virginia, but we know he deserves better. Graham will have no trouble finding a loving family in northern Virginia, but we need your help to cover the vetting and transportation costs to get him here.
