Help Howard Find a Home

Little Howard was found as a stray in rural West Virginia.  As a stray Howard needed to fend for himself and run from the cruelty of homelessness.  We don't know how long he spent wandering the wilderness with no end in sight, never knowing where he'd find his next meal or shelter from the cold.  We DO KNOW that we want to make sure he never has to suffer that fate again. 

Howard is a charming 1 year old male with warm brown eyes and a sweet disposition who has already stolen the hearts of his rural shelter staff.   But stuck at a rural shelter with limited options on transfer or adoption is no way for little Howard to spend his life.
