Lucky is hoping to get lucky enough to escape the shelter. He was brought to a shelter in rural Virginia by his owner. His odds of adoption here aren't great, but we know he'd be a great adoption candidate in northern Virginia. But we could use some help to get this guy up here so we can find him a forever family.
