Maggie is lucky to be safe. She's been living on the streets of West Virginia, coping as best she can with the conditions. But it's about to get a lot colder so we're glad she's now in a shelter. The next step is to find this sweet chihuahua mix a loving home. She's only about two or three years old and has a long life ahead.
