Marcus needs a loving home

Marcus is confused about why he's stuck in a shelter. This 2-year-old beagle chi mix was happily living in a home, but his owner can no longer take care of him and brought him to a shelter in southern Virginia. This shelter doesn't get a lot of foot traffic, and Marcus isn't likely to be adopted there. But we know this sweet guy would thrive again in a home, and we're certain we can find him one.
