Oliver is a golden retriever mix who was living in rural Virginia. His owner kept many dogs and had far too many puppies. He was willing to surrender some of the older puppies so Oliver, who is only 7 months old, ended up in the shelter. We are confident we can find him a wonderful home to grow up, but we have to get him here first. Can you chip in?
