These tiny puppies need a safe place to grow up

The mother of these six puppies was desperate. She was living on the streets in a rural part of Virginia, and was nearly in labor. She wandered up to a home, where she gave birth to the six heeler mix puppies. Unfortunately, the family that lives there can't afford to keep the dogs, but we're grateful they've taken them to the shelter. We need to act quickly to get them into safer environments.
