Tiny is truly tiny! But he has a big heart and is ready for a loving forever family. This 3-year-old chi was surrendered by his owner to a shelter in West Virginia. He's confused to be stuck in a loud, chaotic shelter, and we know he'd do much better in a loving home. Can you help us get him out of the shelter and on his way here to find his next family?
